VisitGrid, operated by Incedym Universal. Last updated 2026 (draft).
By creating an account or offering services as a provider on VisitGrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Browsing the live map and provider profiles doesn't require an account and isn't itself an acceptance of these terms — creating an account, messaging, booking, or paying is.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that's older, and able to enter into a legally binding contract. Business providers must be lawfully able to conduct business in their jurisdiction. We may decline to open, or may suspend, a provider account that doesn't meet these requirements or our verification standards below.
Every provider on VisitGrid goes through identity verification before their profile can go live — government ID, address, and phone confirmation, cross-checked, with anything ambiguous resolved by a human reviewer. There is no default-allow if a review is pending. See Why we verify providers and How provider verification works. Consumer accounts (needed only to message, book, or pay — not to browse) use a lighter check: phone or email confirmation and whatever verification the payment processor performs when you add a card. If a provider's verification is rejected, they may resubmit corrected information or appeal to human review directly — see If you're rejected.
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their availability status and profile. "Available" decays automatically after a set window unless refreshed; consumers confirm after a job whether a provider was genuinely available, feeding a visible reliability score. Misrepresenting availability, or gaming the reliability signal, is a violation of these terms.
Where a job is booked and paid through VisitGrid, payment runs through a licensed split-payment processor — VisitGrid never takes custody of provider or consumer funds. Applicable fees are disclosed before payment is confirmed. Jobs arranged by phone or chat outside the platform are between the provider and consumer directly and aren't covered by VisitGrid's payment protections.
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or availability; attempt to circumvent or manipulate verification or the reliability score; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the platform's operation or another user's use of it. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating this section, independent of anything else in these terms.
VisitGrid is a marketplace connecting service providers with consumers — we verify provider identity, but we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee the quality of any service a provider delivers. Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and safety compliance for their trade. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incedym Universal's liability for any claim arising from use of VisitGrid is limited to the fees actually paid to the platform in connection with the job giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate a provider account for a breach of these terms, a failed or revoked verification, confirmed fraud, or a reliability score that indicates the availability signal can no longer be trusted. Where reasonably possible, we'll tell you why.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the VisitGrid entity you're contracting with is registered, or, where a specific launch country has its own addendum, by that addendum's terms. See the Privacy Policy's regional section for the data-protection law that applies to you specifically.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active users directly. Continued use of VisitGrid after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent via Contact support.
